At The Bakery at Grappino, Chef & Owner Fabrizio Aielli continues to share his culinary love — one deeply rooted in comfort, tradition and variety. The Bakery was born from his desire to bring the essence of European coffee culture to Naples: a place where guests can linger over cappuccinos, enjoy hand-shaped loaves fresh from the oven and savor delicate pastries that celebrate both heritage and craftsmanship.

Helping bring this vision to life is Executive Chef Jason Goddard, whose extensive European training and passion for Italian cuisine shine through in every creation. From buttery croissants and airy bomboloni to hearty focaccia and savory brunch dishes, Chef Jason’s approach blends authenticity with elegance, making the Bakery a beloved destination for both locals and visitors.

Together, Chef Fabrizio and Chef Jason have shaped the Bakery at Grappino into more than a café. It is a welcoming space where tradition, creativity, and hospitality meet — capturing the true spirit of Europe in every cup and crumb.
