5-Course Wine Dinner paired with DAOU Vineyards

Join us Thursday, June 19 at 6:30PM. SeaSalt will host a luxurious 5-course wine dinner in partnership with DAOU Vineyards & Winery. Special guest Lindsay Whitby will present pairings for an elevated menu that includes King Salmon Crudo, King Crab with orange balsamic, Busiate Pasta with black truffle, Creekstone Farms Angus Filet, and Olive Oil Cake with vanilla gelato and marcona almond crumble. Each course is paired with a DAOU wine, including their Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Tickets are $110 per person (gratuity and tax not included).
